Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Proven track record of Staff or Principal-level ownership.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
- Experience turning ambiguous ideas into shipped product, particularly 0-to-1.
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn TypeScript, React, Go, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to perform deep root-cause analysis on complex bugs.
- Strong communication skills for both high-level abstraction and low-level debugging.
- Customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration architecture and set technical direction for AI connectivity.
- Build the connective tissue for AI to provide context and take action across the tech stack.
- Solve product-level problems, partnering with product and design on integration usability.
- Ship features from idea to production with customer input.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, design, and customer-facing teams.
