Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to operate independently and take ownership.
  • Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
  • Clear understanding of immigration compliance processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in the tech industry or hyper-growth/scaling environments is ideal.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge in at least one professional area and basic knowledge across all immigration domains.

Responsibilities

  • Independently deliver on team objectives and align with broader Mobility goals.
  • Develop self and others through ongoing support and constructive coaching.
  • Create long and short-term strategies and set targets for the mobility function.
  • Report on metrics, project alignment, and manage team budgets.
  • Oversee processes and documentation for immigration and visa applications.
  • Lead projects and act as a primary resource for Mobility Specialists.
  • Utilize AI and automation to drive efficiency in immigration operations.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
