Requirements
- Proven experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
- Leadership skills with the ability to operate independently and take ownership.
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
- Clear understanding of immigration compliance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the tech industry or hyper-growth/scaling environments is ideal.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in at least one professional area and basic knowledge across all immigration domains.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver on team objectives and align with broader Mobility goals.
- Develop self and others through ongoing support and constructive coaching.
- Create long and short-term strategies and set targets for the mobility function.
- Report on metrics, project alignment, and manage team budgets.
- Oversee processes and documentation for immigration and visa applications.
- Lead projects and act as a primary resource for Mobility Specialists.
- Utilize AI and automation to drive efficiency in immigration operations.
- Identify new opportunities to improve productivity and service delivery.
