Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales
- Strong exposure to managed services environments
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with large system integrators and global enterprise clients
- Understanding of enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to travel across India as required
- Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across managed IT services
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with enterprise clients and large system integrators
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive pipeline development
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service offerings
- Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
