Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services sales
  • Strong exposure to managed services environments
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with large system integrators and global enterprise clients
  • Understanding of enterprise IT solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to travel across India as required
  • Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across managed IT services
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with enterprise clients and large system integrators
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive pipeline development
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service offerings
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts
