Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the IT services or managed services industry.
- Exposure to large system integrators and enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including managed services, enterprise solutions, and global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to travel across India.
- Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across managed IT services within enterprise and India-based customer accounts.
- Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and large system integrators, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and proactive engagement with target accounts.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal solutions and delivery teams to design tailored IT service offerings aligned to client needs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to support business planning and decision-making.
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable revenue growth.
