Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with travel requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to ~40% depending on territory needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales activities across a defined territory, promoting advanced test and measurement solutions including data acquisition systems, sensors, and related technologies.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including engineering, procurement, and senior management.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to generate and develop sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal technical, support, and service teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to effectively position solutions against competitors.
- Provide regular market feedback and territory insights to sales leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer engagement and deal closure.
