Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing a remote-first, high-volume operational team.
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
- Deep understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in tech or hyper-growth/scaling environments is ideal.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver team objectives and impact broader Mobility goals.
- Coach and support team members to improve performance.
- Set and monitor strategies, targets, and timelines.
- Manage team budgets and ensure adherence.
- Oversee development of immigration and visa processes.
- Utilize data to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Lead projects and act as a resource for Mobility Specialists.
- Use AI and automation to drive efficiency in operations.
