Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university in related field.
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Knowledge of the translation industry and its technology, process, and trends.
- Demonstrated success at managing large accounts and/or projects.
- Experience in financial management and budget to actual management.
- Customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to travel for work related commitments.
Responsibilities
- Project planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with client.
- Identifying and working with the relevant client and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects.
- Risk analysis and contingency planning.
- Leading internal and external teams to successful execution.
- Creating schedules and monitoring timeliness.
- Managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Establishing relationships with customers, teams, and suppliers.
- Ensuring profit of projects through margin management.
- Process documentation and knowledge management.
