Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential property owners based on suitability.
  • Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Engage property owners in discovery calls and meetings.
  • Articulate value propositions for the PadSplit model.
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with property owners.
  • Customize hosting solutions including financial modeling and compliance.
  • Guide property owners through the decision-making process and close deals.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Host educational sessions to address misconceptions.
