Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential property owners based on suitability.
- Execute outreach strategies including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Engage property owners in discovery calls and meetings.
- Articulate value propositions for the PadSplit model.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with property owners.
- Customize hosting solutions including financial modeling and compliance.
- Guide property owners through the decision-making process and close deals.
- Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Host educational sessions to address misconceptions.
