  • Track record of building high-performing sales teams
  • Deep expertise in hospitality, casino gaming, or multi-property businesses
  • Proven success winning complex, large-scale enterprise deals
  • Experience selling to global hotel brands at the executive level
  • Strong CRM fluency in forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop the enterprise and casino sales team
  • Define and own the GTM strategy for the segment
  • Own revenue goals and KPIs including ARR and NRR
  • Represent Duetto at executive levels with global hotel brands and casino groups
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
  • Drive portfolio expansion across existing accounts
