- Track record of building high-performing sales teams
- Deep expertise in hospitality, casino gaming, or multi-property businesses
- Proven success winning complex, large-scale enterprise deals
- Experience selling to global hotel brands at the executive level
- Strong CRM fluency in forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop the enterprise and casino sales team
- Define and own the GTM strategy for the segment
- Own revenue goals and KPIs including ARR and NRR
- Represent Duetto at executive levels with global hotel brands and casino groups
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations
- Drive portfolio expansion across existing accounts
