Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, management consulting, or business process advisory roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions or workshops with senior operations stakeholders.
- Track record of translating complex business processes into structured, delivered outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with partner and prospect engagement teams.
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
- Ability to decompose complex, exception-heavy workflows into structured process maps.
- Skilled at building solution narratives connecting AI capabilities to business outcomes.
- Comfortable engaging with AI-native concepts, workflow tooling, and integration considerations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects early in the evaluation process to establish operational credibility.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect workflows and AI readiness.
- Facilitate structured whiteboard sessions and workshops to map current-state and identify opportunities.
- Translate operational conversations into clear process maps and prioritized opportunity backlogs.
- Build and maintain multi-phase AI workforce work delegation roadmaps.
- Present roadmap updates and business cases to partner leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and size expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Serve as the connective tissue across functions to ensure solution intent is achieved.
