- Experience using AI to generate documentation and accelerate design/build
- Strong general business acumen
- History of managing complex processes and solutions for multi-layered projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in Salesforce technology domain
- Build prototypes and proof-of concepts in Health Cloud and OmniStudio components
- Resolve production issues for Salesforce Quoting, Clinical Documentation, Case Management, and Lead Management
- Define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions
- Deliver solutions in Health Cloud Group Benefits, Vlocity, Service Cloud, and Scheduling
- Manage data model and security model changes aligned with MDM and governance
- Design and deliver integration solutions
- Deliver AI-based solutions in accordance with compliance and security standards
