Requirements
- Deep understanding of the China digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proven track record scaling performance marketing in China.
- At least 3 years of experience marketing proxy, VPN, scraping, cybersecurity, developer tools, or SaaS.
- Ability to build growth plans based on data and optimize funnel conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and reporting.
- Fluent Mandarin and strong working proficiency in English.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate market knowledge into a clear channel roadmap.
- Own Paid Search in China, including bidding, keywords, and reporting.
- Launch and optimize campaigns on China ad ecosystems like Baidu, 360, and Bytedance.
- Define and execute SEO strategy for the China market.
- Identify and scale acquisition through native channels such as Zhihu, WeChat, and Bilibili.
- Maintain competitor intelligence and monitor market regulatory changes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Dev, Sales, and CS teams.
