Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the China digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Proven track record scaling performance marketing in China.
  • At least 3 years of experience marketing proxy, VPN, scraping, cybersecurity, developer tools, or SaaS.
  • Ability to build growth plans based on data and optimize funnel conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and reporting.
  • Fluent Mandarin and strong working proficiency in English.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate market knowledge into a clear channel roadmap.
  • Own Paid Search in China, including bidding, keywords, and reporting.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns on China ad ecosystems like Baidu, 360, and Bytedance.
  • Define and execute SEO strategy for the China market.
  • Identify and scale acquisition through native channels such as Zhihu, WeChat, and Bilibili.
  • Maintain competitor intelligence and monitor market regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Dev, Sales, and CS teams.
