Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience with B2B SaaS workflows.
- Strong competency in the requirements of the US accounting system.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and conflict handling.
- Experience working in Fintech, Construction Finance, or B2B Financial SaaS.
- Proven track record of influencing matrixed teams.
- Proficiency in product analytics.
- Willingness to work flexible evening hours for global collaboration.
- Experience with ERP integrations (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Domain knowledge in Construction or Design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define financial product strategy for the document journey.
- Develop features for job costing, profitability, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Ensure audit trails and compliance with US accounting standards.
- Partner with Accounting and Reports teams to power financial insights.
- Collaborate across the organization to automate document generation.
- Navigate US Sales Tax and financial regulation complexities.
- Write PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead sprint planning.
- Define and monitor North Star KPIs.
- Engage with users to synthesize product needs.
- Partner with Design to simplify complex financial workflows.
