Job Details

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
7-10 years of work experience in account management, tele sales, or product specialty.
Proven ability to successfully deliver quota on a quarterly basis.
Experience selling into the US Army is preferred.
Strong skills in business development, cold calling, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and outside sales.
Ability to work on complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of multiple factors.
Effective communication and results orientation skills.
Demonstrated learning agility and digital fluency.

Demonstrates subject matter expertise and employs consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities.
Coordinates and owns account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on larger deals and portfolio management.
Identifies complex customer requirements and maps them with the organization’s capabilities.
Builds strong professional relationships with high-level clients and aligns solutions accordingly.
Develops and executes sales strategies, territory account plans, and market penetration strategies.
Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide strategic insights.
Engages strategically with partners to improve win rates and manages quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
Leads contract negotiations with major clients, overseeing contract terms and renewals.
Manages the sales pipeline and implements pipeline management practices.
Conducts regular strategic business reviews with key clients to assess long-term goals.
