Requirements

  • Deep experience in new business development, strategic solution sales, or complex deal leadership within healthcare.
  • Strong payer experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling AI, analytics, digital, or technology-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of payer operating models (clinical services, utilization management, care management, payment integrity, etc.).
  • Track record of building executive relationships and winning opportunities in large, matrixed payer organizations.
  • Confidence engaging business, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account growth in the Healthcare payer space.

Responsibilities

  • Own new logo acquisition across payer accounts, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure.
  • Position integrated solutions across AI, analytics, digital, clinical services, and operational workflows.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, including CXOs.
  • Manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities with clear conversion rigor.
  • Lead cross-functional solutioning with sales, operations, product, legal, and delivery teams.
  • Bring market insight to shape offerings and identify growth whitespace.
  • Support post-win transition to ensure alignment on client expectations.
