Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years managing medium- to large-scale projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time project delivery and profit & loss accountability.
- Maintain Project Risk Register to communicate and mitigate project risk.
- Support the Project Director with kickoff meetings and coordination.
- Organize project cost structure in Oracle ERP.
- Develop and maintain project rosters and training activities.
- Issue and implement the Project Work Plan and project procedures.
- Manage project documentation and configuration.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. export control requirements.
- Monitor project progress and control deliverables.
- Lead and issue project meeting notes and progress reports.
