Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management with client-facing responsibilities.
  • Prior experience managing a team (preferably Virtual Assistants or remote staff).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho Projects).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants.
  • Oversee workload distribution and task assignments.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
  • Track social media KPIs and present insights to clients.
  • Review and approve content, reports, and communications.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative processes.
