Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management with client-facing responsibilities.
- Prior experience managing a team (preferably Virtual Assistants or remote staff).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho Projects).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants.
- Oversee workload distribution and task assignments.
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
- Track social media KPIs and present insights to clients.
- Review and approve content, reports, and communications.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative processes.
