Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
- Expert knowledge of major digital advertising platforms and respective tools
- Experience collaborating with traditional media vendors
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven optimization approach
- Working knowledge of Google Data Studio, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Familiarity with placements and pixels for on-site tracking implementations
- Ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Advertising, Marketing, Business or Communications preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute campaigns across various media platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, Bing Ads, DSPs (StackAdapt), Retail Media Networks, etc.
- Meet with partners, prepare plans for media, organize budgets, and negotiate the costs of advertising with vendors when applicable
- Work with creative teams in directing content creation to ensure accurate specs and tracking
- Execute digital marketing tactics including bid management, campaign performance tracking, and reporting
- Conduct regular data analysis, monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities
- Closely monitor budget pacing across all campaigns and platforms to ensure accurate budget spend
- Compile results and regularly report on campaign performance based on established KPIs and benchmarks
- Participate in quality control by ensuring campaigns are set up correctly
