Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing social media, online communities, or influencer programs
- Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and subreddit culture
- Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Strong understanding of community engagement metrics and social performance reporting
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong collaboration skills in a fully remote environment
- Experience working within Google Workspace and project management systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- 3–5 years in an agency environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients and Siege Media
- Identify relevant communities, engagement opportunities, and discussion trends
- Build authentic brand presence within online communities while adhering to platform guidelines
- Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for brand visibility
- Create and manage social content calendars, engagement plans, and community playbooks
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Reddit, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Track and report on community growth, engagement, brand mentions, and metrics
- Collaborate with SEO, Content Marketing, Digital PR, Design, and Account Management teams
- Communicate strategic recommendations and performance insights to clients
- Contribute to the development of service offerings, workflows, and documentation
