Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and proper follow-up tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, calendars, and appointments for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support event planning, logistics, and execution.
- Manage vendor communications and assist with ongoing vendor relationships.
- Monitor projects, tasks, and client requests to ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Identify potential operational gaps and proactively address issues before they impact clients or business operations.
