Requirements

- At least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success role
- Proven track record managing retainer accounts
- Commercially sharp with instinct for upsell/expansion
- Technically credible in web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO, and digital strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Experience with Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
- Professional working proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients as the primary strategic contact
- Lead roadmapping, prioritisation, and performance reviews
- Translate client goals into clear briefs for design, development, and content teams
- Drive account expansion and identify upsell opportunities proactively
- Manage retainer budgets and scope work accurately
- Run regular governance calls and reporting
- Contribute to operational improvements within the CS function
