Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or revenue cycle management.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Deep understanding of front-end, coding, billing, AR, and denial management.
  • Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and medical coding rules.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS, payer rules).
  • Experience with EHR/PM systems like Epic, Cerner, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in RCM data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Experience improving/standardizing RCM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop a high-performing team.
  • Standardize revenue cycle processes.
  • Manage multiple projects to improve efficiency and automation.
  • Track key results and share reports with senior leadership and clients.
  • Improve metrics including denial rates, AR days, and cash collections.
  • Serve as the main client contact and trusted advisor.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer rules.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology.
