Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong channel marketing experience, including working with distributors and reseller partners in the DACH ecosystem.
- Regional execution mindset, with the ability to plan and execute partner campaigns, events, webinars, and demand generation activities.
- Strong alignment with sales, with experience working closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline generation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to successfully launch and monitor new programs.
- Solid understanding of industry-standard channel programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support regional marketing activities related to customer and partner recruitment, enablement, and growth.
- Build and execute regional marketing plans and track program performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Work with internal teams to understand available messaging and content and adapt it for channel partners in the region.
- Ensure that partner-facing communications and marketing materials reflect the company’s brand and messaging.
- Support regional channel leaders with the local execution of marketing programs, content, and communications.
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns and communication assets for channel partners.
- Execute digital demand generation programs to build awareness among customers, recruit partners, and support partners in acquiring new customers.
- Plan and execute regional field marketing events and partner activities.
- Support PR and analyst relations activities in the region.
- Track marketing program performance using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms.
