Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience working on B2B and B2C offerings.
- Past experience working as a software developer preferred.
- Track record of working directly with B2B clients in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in customer discovery calls and QBRs.
- Demonstrated experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling successful products.
- Ability to engage with senior, highly technical leaders at large enterprises.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven success in executive presentations and gaining buy-in.
- Fluent in English (submissions must be 100% in English).
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for the interview platform.
- Leverage AI advancements to enhance technical candidate assessment signals.
- Define product roadmap and collaborate on long-term strategy.
- Prioritize features aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams for product delivery.
- Analyze assessment data and design experiments for improved accuracy.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams on expansion strategies.
- Develop business cases for new product offerings.
