Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience (B2B and B2C).
- Past experience as a software developer is highly preferred.
- Direct experience with B2B clients in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful products.
- Ability to interact with senior technical leaders at large enterprises.
- Experience with executive-level presentations.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and execution for the interview platform.
- Define product roadmap and evaluate AI integration for candidate assessment.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy in the technical assessment market.
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX teams for high-quality solution delivery.
- Analyze assessment data and design experiments to improve accuracy.
- Partner with GTM teams on expansion strategies and develop business cases.
