Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in BI/data analysis, with 2-3 years at a senior level.
- Track record of building dashboards used by non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in an internal-services or business-partnering model.
- Strong SQL proficiency in cloud data warehouse environments.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Metabase, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience consuming dbt-modelled data.
- Strong data visualization design skills.
- Comfort with descriptive statistics and data quality interrogation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards for internal functions and country teams.
- Develop reporting across learning outcomes, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Maintain metric definitions and resolve definitional inconsistencies.
- Define BI best practices, standards, and access management.
- Deliver data fluency training sessions and produce data documentation.
- Conduct analytical research to support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and science teams on data models and experimental design.
