Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated account management experience in the healthcare technology industry.
  • Experience engaging hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with claims billing and IT/EDI systems.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Client Success activities for designated clients within the assigned Region.
  • Manage 4-5 directors of Client Success, providing mentorship and team leadership.
  • Cultivate long-term executive-level client relationships.
  • Conduct Client Business Reviews and performance progress meetings.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to increase market share.
  • Manage KPI metrics including NPS scoring and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and sales teams to resolve issues and develop strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
  • Participate in the full client lifecycle from sales to implementation and go-lives.
