  • Experience managing a People Ops technology stack
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Strong written communication skills and documentation experience
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR workflows
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Ability to work iteratively and fast
  • Empathetic and decisive leadership style
  • Reliable track record of follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers on people questions, team dynamics, and coaching
  • Manage employee relations for standard situations
  • Own core processes: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance
  • Implement workflow automations and AI tools for People functions
  • Manage internal communications and change management
  • Own the operational layer of performance cycles
  • Develop manager enablement resources
  • Administer employee engagement surveys and analyze results
  • Build and maintain people dashboards and reporting
