- Sound judgment in employment law and employee relations fundamentals
- Experience managing a People Ops technology stack
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Strong written communication skills and documentation experience
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in HR workflows
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple regions
- Ability to work iteratively and fast
- Empathetic and decisive leadership style

Responsibilities
- Partner with managers on people questions, team dynamics, and coaching
- Manage employee relations for standard situations
- Own core processes: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance
- Implement workflow automations and AI tools for People functions
- Manage internal communications and change management
- Own the operational layer of performance cycles
- Develop manager enablement resources
- Administer employee engagement surveys and analyze results
- Build and maintain people dashboards and reporting
