  • Proficiency in managing difficult customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell products and services.
  • Ability to manage work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
  • Familiarity with Symitar system.
  • Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members in a professional manner via phone.
  • Gather and process member transactions including withdrawals and loan payments.
  • Answer inquiries regarding statements, share withdrawals, and loan payoffs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online banking.
  • Follow Member Identification Program (MIP) and security procedures.
  • Identify and promote sales opportunities for loan programs and services.
  • Work toward meeting production and referral goals.
