- Proficiency in managing difficult customer interactions.

- Ability to cross-sell products and services.
- Ability to manage work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Familiarity with Symitar system.
- Experience in a Contact Center or financial institution preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members in a professional manner via phone.
- Gather and process member transactions including withdrawals and loan payments.
- Answer inquiries regarding statements, share withdrawals, and loan payoffs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online banking.
- Follow Member Identification Program (MIP) and security procedures.
- Identify and promote sales opportunities for loan programs and services.
- Work toward meeting production and referral goals.
