Requirements
- 1-3 years in a technical role (dev, data, solutions engineering, no-code, or CRM ops)
- Technical mindset with ability to reason in logic flows (if/then/else)
- Ability to read API documentation (GET/POST/webhooks) and diagnose sync issues
- Experience building end-to-end automations (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, or no-code tools like Make/Zapier)
- Strong attention to detail and rigorous testing habits
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude for debugging and documentation
- Strong written communication skills in French
Responsibilities
- Build complex conditional Klaviyo flows (if/then/else, triggers, exclusions)
- Debug Shopify to Klaviyo integrations (logs, webhooks)
- Perform proactive technical QA on all outgoing automated workflows
- Define logical segments based on business needs
- Maintain API and data consistency across Shopify, Recharge, Okendo, and Hive
- Code dynamic HTML/CSS/Liquid for email templates
- Create technical documentation and monitoring processes
