Requirements
- 10+ years of operations experience, with significant time in a senior leadership role at a DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG company.
- Demonstrated experience scaling a company to $150M+ in revenue.
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite) in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end supply chain strategy: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory planning, and 3PL/fulfillment partner management.
- Build scalable, resilient processes that support growth across DTC, retail, and international expansion.
- Manage vendor and co-manufacturer relationships.
- Support the implementation and adoption of an ERP system.
- Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting across channels.
- Partner with Finance to manage COGS, operational budgets, and margin optimization.
- Develop and track operational KPIs.
- Build and lead a lean but high-performing operations team.
