Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- At least 3 years in a VP or senior director role leading a centralized function across multiple regions.
- Track record of building or restructuring a centralized RevOps function in a complex B2B business.
- Direct ownership of territory design, quota setting, and compensation plan architecture.
- Hands-on experience with pipeline governance and forecast accountability.
- Financial fluency including deal-level P&L and comp plan cost modeling.
- Experience operationalizing strategic frameworks into daily business operations.
- Background in technology distribution, value-added reselling, or systems integration.
- Experience with account segmentation, propensity modeling, or territory design tools.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or ConnectWise CRM.
Responsibilities
- Own territory design end-to-end including account segmentation, rep book composition, and coverage ratios.
- Rationalize and standardize go-to-market coverage models across all regions.
- Define and maintain white-space account coverage targets.
- Stand up pipeline governance, define coverage ratios, and maintain data hygiene standards.
- Own forecast accuracy as a managed metric.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews for regional leaders.
- Own compensation and incentive strategy in partnership with Finance.
- Run annual compensation plan cycles and mid-cycle adjustments.
- Build GTM Strategy and Ops analytics capability from scratch.
- Hire and develop the GTM Strategy and Ops team.
