Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in APIs, integrations, developer tooling, or technical SaaS products.
- Proven experience launching AI products or features.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations, data models, and software architecture.
- Ability to think critically about AI applications and emerging technologies.
- Strong product judgment and ability to balance specific problem-solving with reusable platform capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with engineering, customers, and executives.
- Comfortable thriving in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Shape the roadmap for APIs, MCPs, integrations, webhooks, and developer tooling.
- Partner with engineering, leadership, and customer-facing teams to identify platform investments.
- Champion developer experience through API design, documentation, and reliability.
- Evaluate AI applications to create value for operators and developers.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to identify integration opportunities.
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and product definition.
- Create clear specifications, workflows, and prototypes.
- Measure adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
