- Strong expertise in APIs, system integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in highly regulated environments
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI applications in product development
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise digital platforms
- Own prioritization and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple teams
- Establish and track clear success metrics tied to business value
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, secure, and interoperable system solutions
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making
- Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Continuously improve product performance through data insights and experimentation
