Requirements
- Deep understanding of how software works under the hood.
- Demonstrated experience shipping software.
- Strong understanding of databases and SaaS architecture.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts, including the ability to talk or write code.
- Technical intuition regarding product design (databases, APIs, frontends).
- Ability to understand relational data models, schemas, and entity relationships.
- Proven success in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for executives, customers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Map and document complex collector and admin workflows end-to-end.
- Partner with customers, operations, and onboarding teams to uncover detailed business requirements.
- Identify edge cases, regulatory considerations, and data dependencies.
- Translate business requirements into clear, technical product specs consumable by engineering.
- Work with engineers to design robust data models.
- Ensure data integrity across integrations with third-party systems.
- Lead roadmap planning for third-party integrations (Skip Tracing, Letter Vendors, Payment Portals, ERP, etc.).
- Define requirements for API-based integrations, error handling, and sync frequency.
- Own feature lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
