Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B software.
- 3+ years owning infrastructure, developer tools, or technical products.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process or cultural change in engineering teams.
- Technical proficiency with reading code, pull requests, and architecture documentation.
- Expertise in API design (REST and GraphQL), versioning, and developer experience.
- Systems thinking at the data layer and schema design.
- Experience with open source products, contributor dynamics, and community management.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without positional authority.
Responsibilities
- Own how NetBox Core ships into commercial products partnering with NBC, NBE, and CS teams.
- Own the NetBox open source community presence including GitHub issue triage and contributor engagement.
- Drive the roadmap for data model evolution and the NetBox API surface.
- Own products and features from strategy through GA and iteration.
- Engage directly with customers and prospects to translate needs into product decisions.
- Collaborate with senior product stakeholders on Core platform capabilities.
- Partner with PMs across Assurance, Discovery, Integrations, and Cloud / Enterprise portfolios.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy for Core capabilities.
