Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven relationship building & closing experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships
- Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to C-level executives
- Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to build brand awareness and close deals
- Collaborative mentality
- Superb listening skills to understand and overcome objections
- High level of empathy
- Experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site and virtual presentations
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Account Ownership: manage commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Driving Net-New Revenue: prospect within territory to identify, qualify, and close new ACV opportunities.
- Account Planning: develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
- Proactive Retention Management: monitor health to identify churn risks and implement save strategies.
- Executive Relationship Building: cultivate ties with VPs and C-suite executives.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Accuracy: provide leadership with monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: monitor industry trends and competitor movements.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
- Segmented Renewal Strategy: partner with Renewal Account Managers to manage lower-spend accounts.
