Requirements
- 2-3 years of relationship building and closing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
- Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
- Experience executing product presentations and web demonstrations.
- Experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and on-site presentations.
- Ability to leverage internal resources like Sales Engineers.
- Strong listening and objection handling skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and owner of account relationship.
- Manage commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- Prospect within territory to identify and close new ACV opportunities.
- Develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
- Monitor account health and implement retention strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership with accurate revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
