Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relationship building and closing experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
  • Experience executing product presentations and web demonstrations.
  • Experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and on-site presentations.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources like Sales Engineers.
  • Strong listening and objection handling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and owner of account relationship.
  • Manage commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
  • Prospect within territory to identify and close new ACV opportunities.
  • Develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
  • Monitor account health and implement retention strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership with accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams.
