- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Direct experience supporting enterprise or complex deal cycles
- Strong HubSpot proficiency in pipeline management, automation, and reporting
- Fluency in AI tools for operational leverage
- Experience with deal desk design or contract review workflows
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling
Responsibilities
- Design and lead a weekly forecast process
- Build pipeline reporting for deal health
- Identify patterns in pipeline data and accelerate variance analysis
- Assess and improve GTM processes across the full sales cycle
- Define stage entry/exit criteria and deal desk protocols
- Optimize reporting through AI toolsets
- Own the commercial reporting layer including win/loss analysis
- Configure HubSpot pipeline and automation workflows
