Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management.
  • Understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/TikTok Shop/Amazon/Wal-Mart).
  • Track record of building and scaling partner relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Euler, Crossbeam).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic agency partners.
  • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the health, performance, and growth of the agency portfolio.
  • Design and evolve a scalable agency partner program.
  • Build playbooks and enablement resources for partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced revenue through co-selling and account mapping.
  • Create and scale partner training and certification programs.
  • Analyze partner performance and program ROI.
