  • Strong leadership skills with a background in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance high-level boardroom strategy with tactical execution.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize clinical and administrative performance and standardize protocols.
  • Translate high-level strategy into granular operational sprints.
  • Define and meet OKRs and hold departments accountable to metrics like Gross Margin and CAC.
  • Articulate a coherent operational vision and balance short-term demands with long-term strategy.
  • Use technology and AI to enhance operations, predictive analytics, and digital front-door initiatives.
  • Expand market reach and scale the national payer network.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational workflows with clinical and product objectives.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage an elite, high-performance team.
