- 3-5+ years scaling a digital health or telehealth startup through Series B/C growth.
- Experience partnering with technical departments (product, data, engineering).
- Deep financial acumen with P&L management experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare complexity, including payer credentialing and clinical licensure.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance high-level boardroom strategy with tactical execution.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset.
Responsibilities
- Optimize clinical and administrative performance and standardize protocols.
- Translate high-level strategy into granular operational sprints.
- Define and meet OKRs and hold departments accountable to metrics like Gross Margin and CAC.
- Articulate a coherent operational vision and balance short-term demands with long-term strategy.
- Use technology and AI to enhance operations, predictive analytics, and digital front-door initiatives.
- Expand market reach and scale the national payer network.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational workflows with clinical and product objectives.
- Hire, mentor, and manage an elite, high-performance team.
