Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Highly proficient in AthenaOne EHR system, reporting, and optimization tools.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training across clinical departments and roles.
- Strong talent in teaching and training with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Ability to identify efficiencies in processes and system functionality.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with product and clinical operations teams.
- Experience managing user lifecycle processes and account permissions.
- Experience creating documentation tools like encounter plans and text macros.
- Experience developing training materials, job aids, and quick-reference guides.
Responsibilities
- Manage user lifecycle processes including account creation, permissions provisioning, and deactivation.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify areas for EHR optimization and recommend process improvements.
- Customize documentation tools such as document accelerators, encounter plans, order sets, and text macros.
- Develop and implement training programs for new users, system upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
- Create user-friendly training materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for clinicians and staff.
- Act as a primary point of contact for EHR navigation, workflow, and documentation issues.
- Participate in go-lives, system upgrades, and manage small-scale projects.
- Monitor EHR-related Slack channels and manage issues via the ticketing system.
