Requirements

  • Highly proficient in AthenaOne EHR system, reporting, and optimization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training across clinical departments and roles.
  • Strong talent in teaching and training with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Ability to identify efficiencies in processes and system functionality.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with product and clinical operations teams.
  • Experience managing user lifecycle processes and account permissions.
  • Experience creating documentation tools like encounter plans and text macros.
  • Experience developing training materials, job aids, and quick-reference guides.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user lifecycle processes including account creation, permissions provisioning, and deactivation.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify areas for EHR optimization and recommend process improvements.
  • Customize documentation tools such as document accelerators, encounter plans, order sets, and text macros.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new users, system upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
  • Create user-friendly training materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for clinicians and staff.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for EHR navigation, workflow, and documentation issues.
  • Participate in go-lives, system upgrades, and manage small-scale projects.
  • Monitor EHR-related Slack channels and manage issues via the ticketing system.
