Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful web services.
- 3+ years of experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Deep proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask).
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services like EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications, multi-tenant architectures, and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Mentorship and pair programming experience.
- Four-year degree or successful completion of a respected developer bootcamp or mentorship program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for client stakeholders.
- Align technical solutions with big-picture business problems and goals.
- Mentor, train, and upskill peer developers and client teams.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively through verbal and written channels.
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions for technical challenges.
- Teach and demonstrate software development best practices like Agile, DevOps, and TDD.
- Stay current with technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT.
