  • Excellent written communication and email drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and business software.
  • Experience using Monday CRM or Monday.com (highly desirable).
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams (highly desirable).
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and opportunity tracking (highly desirable).
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records within Monday CRM.
  • Ensure sales opportunities progress through pipeline stages.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and follow up with sales team on overdue actions.
  • Generate and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
  • Draft professional sales emails and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate sales administrative tasks including meeting notes and documentation.
  • Support re-engagement campaigns for prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
