Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- LPN Licensure preferred.
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
- Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting required.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- Supply and support own internet services.
- Ability to maintain an uninterrupted internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Assist in driving revenue growth by delivering excellent Customer service.
- Help ensure scheduling best practices and turnaround time standards are followed.
- Respond to and help resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Support proper physician selection based on claimant location, specialty, and pricing.
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics for CSR and QA specialists.
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.
- Assist with monitoring overall production, performance, and quality.
- Coordinate with support departments such as HR, Finance, IT, and Business Analysis.
- Assist in coordinating and supporting the deposition process.
