Requirements

  • Experience working with medium-sized businesses to large corporations within a technology company.
  • Proven history of top sales performance.
  • Success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting and new logo attainment.
  • Ability to navigate and address complex business challenges.
  • Experience creating detailed plans for intricate organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in face-to-face meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of leading complex negotiations.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and reach potential customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Leverage storytelling to provide personalized solutions for customers.
  • Act as a product expert and gather feedback to inform the Product roadmap.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and internal teams (Product, Eng, Customer Success).
  • Simplify complex customer situations into digestible stories and materials.
