- 4-6 years of significant and relevant work experience in medical practice management.
- 3 years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) for clinical/practice management processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with team-building.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
Responsibilities
- Implement products and execute ACO initiatives with direction from Market Leadership.
- Support wellness visits, transitions of care, and active management.
- Ensure practices meet goals set forth in Practice Transformation Plans.
- Train office staff, physicians, and providers on processes and technologies.
- Assess practice and staff training needs.
- Nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives.
- Relay practice feedback and concerns to leadership for continuous improvement.
