Requirements

- Experience managing globally distributed and offshore engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and code quality.
- Experience modernizing legacy platforms in regulated industries.
- Proficiency in relational databases, system integrations, and backend systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted or agent-based development practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
- Project management and stakeholder communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a blended team of onshore and offshore engineers.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through system design, architectural guidance, and code reviews.
- Define and execute a modernization roadmap for mission-critical platforms.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows and automated testing.
- Oversee technical execution, sprint planning, and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain accountability for platform reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams.
- Guide the design and optimization of data warehouse and reporting systems.
- Identify and address technical debt.
