Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, valuation, consulting, or Big Four deal advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with experience evaluating transactions and investment opportunities.
  • Understanding of end-to-end M&A processes, including diligence, execution, and integration activities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across small to mid-sized transactions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and executive reporting.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, private equity-backed, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
  • High level of energy, resilience, and professionalism when managing complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including target identification, pipeline development, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, integration, and post-close analysis.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, assess returns, and support investment decisions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping to identify strategic acquisition targets and inform growth strategy.
  • Prepare investment memorandums, executive presentations, and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees.
  • Coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts involving internal teams, external advisors, sellers, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiation processes and maintain active communication with acquisition targets and intermediaries.
  • Develop and manage acquisition pipelines and maintain a structured database of strategic targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and strategic risks.
  • Support executive and Board-level reporting, including preparation of materials for strategic planning and investment reviews.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives that support enterprise growth and long-term value creation.
