  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong interest in corporate strategy, markets, and emerging technology trends.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for M&A, divestiture, and investment opportunities, including valuation, scenario analysis, synergy modeling, and impact assessment.
  • Support end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize operational, financial, and strategic inputs into actionable investment insights.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and materials summarizing deal rationale, risks, financial outcomes, and strategic alignment for senior leadership review.
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and target company research to support strategic decision-making and opportunity evaluation.
  • Maintain and update comparable transaction and trading databases, identifying key market trends and relevant valuation drivers.
  • Communicate insights clearly and concisely to project teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Support continuous improvement of corporate development processes, tools, and analytical frameworks.
